Is Alpine Moving Company licensed and insured?

 

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We are licensed by Colorado's Department of Regulatory Agencies in the division of Public Utilities Commission. The license held is the Household Goods Carriers (movers) license, under the Division of Transportation. Make sure before you use any other moving company that they have this! It is a legal requirement.


 

How is my rate calculated?

 

At Alpine Moving Company we charge by the hour, or a flat rate fee, agreed on by both Alpine Moving Company and the client. Call us for an estimate at (970)-530-3822.


 

Will there be any additional fees?

 

No. Our price will be determined solely on the hours needed to complete the job, or the rate agreed upon.


 

Do you provide moving supplies?

 

Yes! We provide all of the necessary supplies to move your possessions safely and securely. This includes: hand & power tools, ratchet/strap tie downs, forearm/shoulder straps, furniture stretch wrap, thick quilted moving pads, and appliance/utility/floor dollies. Packing supplies (boxes of all sizes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, tape, box markers) are also available at additional cost.


 

What happens if you damage any of my belongings?

 

We know that damage is a big concern when booking the right movers. We take our reputation very seriously. In the event that any damages do occur, you can be rest assured that we do what we can to fix it! If this does happen, firstly, call and please let us know as soon as you see the damage.Then, take a clear picture showing where the item was damaged. We will cover it to be repaired immediately. If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it. We do what we can to make sure your items stay in perfect condition, but in case something does happen you know you can count on us to fix it or replace it! What is your cancellation policy?

 

You will not be charged for cancellation. We will call you 24 hours prior to your move to ensure the booking is still set for the time and date. Yes! Here at Alpine Moving Company we take great pride in keeping to the original schedule, and guaranteeing that your items will be there when initially agreed. We are located in Fort Collins, Colorado and serve surrounding areas as well. More specifically the cities we work in are Fort Collins, CO, Windsor, CO, Loveland, CO, Timnath, CO, Severance, CO, Johnstown, CO, Greeley, CO, Estes Park, CO, Longmont, CO, Denver, CO. If your city was not listed, we do long distance as well so give us a call and we will see what we can do!

 

 

The website claims your company does not service my area, what should I do?

 

​On our website under the 'Areas We Serve' tab, it shows all of our service areas. If you are still unsure if you may be inside the service area, call our number and we will assist you. We do long distance moves as well!
